New week, new stuff!

Happy Monday!

Lots of papers reporting on the Institute for Public Policy Research’s paper on parents’ use of early years services. The Guardian and the Mail have both run stories highlighting that women still do much more houework than men despite equality in the home being something that is already here. Hmm……

Mumsnet have a brill campaign on the go that challenges Rape Myths. You can see the latest on Twitter and comment by using the hashtag #webelieveyou 

Last but not least here’s an article from the Huffington Post on female entrepreneurs using stereotypes to sell alcohol. Why they think women can’t make decisions on cocktails I’m not sure. Not the most pressing consumer issue ever, but it does make me think about how companies use social norms to sell stuff to us all.
